Aqua Coaching is committed, resourceful, passionate and successful - and committed to assisting themselves and others to live at their full potential. We work within our ten points of culture because it serves as a blueprint for creating the life we want for ourselves and our clients.
We believe in co-operation, not competition.

We are in the business of assisting our clients to live their full potential, in their lives, their careers, their businesses and their relationships. We provide coaching, training, books, CD’s, and classes to assist our clients to achieve this.
Our coaching, training and products are of the highest quality and offer maximum value for money.
Aqua clients are committed to achieving their personal and professional best through receiving and utilising the latest and most advanced training and coaching available. We are willing to stretch ourselves and others beyond the boundary conditions of our thinking; through doing what needs to be done and not just what we would like to do. We are constantly unrealistic about our potential and we are willing to see that we can be more, right now.

We take 100% responsibility for our actions and our non-actions. We take 100% responsibility for our results & our non-results.

We know that we are at cause for everything that happens in our lives and our business.
6. Communication…
We take 100% responsibility for our communication effectiveness. We communicate clearly and honestly. We speak positively and endeavour to empower ourselves and others with how we communicate with ourselves and others. We don’t engage in gossip and speak to someone who can do something about a problem, rather than someone who can’t. We take responsibility for our responses to people’s communication with us.
7. Fun…
We choose to enjoy what we do and see it as play, not work. We share our sense of fun with others because it is easier to create transformation if we choose to have a sense of playfulness and fun.
8. Behavioural flexibility…
We know that if we don’t get the outcome we want the first time, or the second, or the third…then we must be willing to demonstrate the ultimate behavioural flexibility and recognise it as feedback not failure. We are willing to learn to do it differently to get the results that we want.
9. Sustainability…
We are committed to creating and maintaining sustainable solutions and not short term fixes.
10. Appreciation…
We are grateful and appreciate the opportunities that present themselves in our lives. We show our appreciation often and without prompting and say thank-you easily. We love catching people doing it right.
